API 7K High Pressure Hydraulic Hose Drilling Rubber Rotary Hose

High Pressure rotary drilling hose is used in drilling and exploration work. Suitable for hydraulic fluids, such as hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricants, emulsion, glycol and water. Drilling hose is also used to adjust the installation mistake between drilling pipe line and stand pipe to avoid shake. To transmit high pressure oil or water based mud.

Meets the severe demands of today’s drilling methods including directional drilling, pressure pulses and elevated temperatures. Tube is designed to handle abrasive, corrosive and oil based drilling muds. The cover is designed to handle external damage from abrasion, corrosion, gouges, oil and weather.

Temperature range -4°F to +200°F (-20°C to +93°C) continuous service.
Product structure the steel wire winding drilling hose consists of the inner rubber layer, the inner glue protection layer, the medium glue layer, the wire winding reinforced layer and the outer rubber layer.
Inner tube with nitrile rubber as the main body, oil resistant, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistance.

Notice about the hydraulic rubber hose (PSF)
1. The hose should not be used to exceed the designed pressure.
2. The temperature of the medium being conveyed through the hose should be in the normal case, or reduce the use life of the hose.
3. The hose should not be used less than the minimum bend radius of the hose, in order to avoid bending near the pipe joints .
4. The hose should be handled carefully, and should not drag on the sharp and rough surface, should not be bent and squashed.
5. Pls keep the hose clean and prevent external objects into the hose, in case of hindering the transmission fluid and damaging the equipment.
6. If the hose’s weight cause excessive deformation,the hose should be supported.
